Let me join in wishing everyone health and happiness in 2019. That might sound chirpy considering the state of the world....that's why I am wishing only health a happiness anything more like some logic or sane leaders or things being more fair for poor people, discriminated against people and especially immigrants would be a longshot for 2019. A just God would see to it that Ian Anderson released an album of new material before concerts planned in July.
A GUID NEW YEAR TO ALL AND ALL THE VERY BEST FOR 2019
From Bonnie Scotland
Wishing for less greed, less power freaks, less hate - more love, fairness and lots and lots of TULL.
A great track from a Skye band that combines traditional music and electronic.
Air Fàir an Là means At Dawn Of Day.
Use your imagination; this is the captain of the 'Seal Driver' and what happens when his boat gets into trouble out in the Atlantic with the cold spray flying in, His crew -back on land, takes him in hand and tries to bring him back alive:)
nonrabbit: Hi aborealis and Welcome to the Forum. I haven't got an answer for you - maybe as you say, the days of PC. I also don't know what the original intro was either but I've just read this >>>

aborealis: Appreciate your reply nonrabbit. It's early days yet but I would like to get to the bottom of why the intro ," We welcome everyone on television ,the frogs and the sprouts, the daffodils the daygoes the ities ",etc.I can't believe Ian would want this removed

nonrabbit: I'm not familiar with it aborealis but if it is as you have put here, than I can see why it might be deemed not appropriate. Other than asking the band or the production team you may not get to the bottom of it.

jackinthegreen: Anyhow, how's everyone doing? It's cold here in Scotland, we have had a bit of snow, what's it like where you are???
Feb 4, 2021 1:01:29 GMT
jackinthegreen: Ok, so how many have had the vaccine???
Feb 6, 2021 1:20:59 GMT
steelmonkey: I got both shots but lack of side effects makes me suspect they took one look at me and said 'placebo'.
Feb 9, 2021 1:45:35 GMT
jackinthegreen: I had the 1st jab on Saturday, and I asked that very question.....but was told placebo's are only used in trials, so everyone who gets the vaccine gets the vaccine
Feb 9, 2021 14:29:12 GMT
jackinthegreen: ..and like you steelmonkey, all I had was a slightly sore arm for a couple of days, but some people get worse side effects as you say.
Feb 9, 2021 14:31:18 GMT
geostrehl: Got my 2nd Moderna this morning. The first one kicked my butt for a day, so I'm dreading the side effects from this second shot! But it's normal for young people with robust immune systems to get a stronger immune response. I guess 32 is young??? Oh well!
