The John Evan Band Live '66 CD is still around although if you go down the ebay route it could cost a lot of money. My first suggestion would be to contact Dave Rees via the A New Day magazine to see if he has any copies available. If it's just the interview you want then I'm sure that Dave would also help you with that.

Firstly it's got the sound quality of a bootleg as is to be expected and contains cover versions of the songs popular with the rnb/soul audiences of the time with no IA originals. Secondly it's for the hard core Tull fan as it records the start of the transition of a rather ordinary "covers" band into a unique musical entity that we all know and regard highly.

It might be but the cd label on my original copy is green so either the above is a re-pressing or a counterfeit - can't be certain. Only the powers that be at AND would know.
