From Bert Maessen To celebrate the 50th issue of "This Is Not The Way Ian Planned It!!" back in 2007, I organised an Album and Top 15 Song survey.
The people who voted were also able to claim a free cd that comprised the Jethro Tull Top 10. Back in 2007 there was a subscription to The Dutch Fan Club and members received "This Is Not The Way Ian Planned It" as a magazine through the post but now as it's in an email form, membership is free. All members get the latest news on the same day that it is published.
When I have news in the morning, everybody gets the latest edition of the magazine the same evening.
They only have to send me their email address and their home address. I will never pass those to other people. The email address for The Dutch Fan Club is at the bottom of this post.
Anyone who joins and who votes in this year's poll can get the CD, all I ask for are the costs for postage and packaging.
Now, seven years later, we are nearing issue 200 !!!!!! So, why not celebrate with a brand new "Album" and "Song" top 15.
As The Dutch Jethro Tull Fan Club and The Jethro Tull Forum are "partners" we will be working more closely together. Graham and I have known each other for very many years having been introduced by Gerrit de Geus, and although we have never met in person, I did have the opportunity to meet Bernie Kellman recently when he was on holiday in The Netherlands.
For further details about The Dutch Jethro Tull Fan Club and how to join contact me via the PM facility or see the thread in the Site Information area near the bottom of the main page.

I recommend to one and all the pleasure of being in the Dutch Tull Fan Club and subscribing to 'TINTWIPI'...it seems when you need it most, your email 'inbox' is graced with an issue and your day has been improved ! My daughter is still trying to work out why one country gets two names.
