Yes it is certainly a very good idea. I found it the other day on one of my infrequent visits to the official JT site.

Pretty much getting in the habit of Tull web radio when I'm around the house...and like it fine...a couple observations: randomizing and including all the latter day DVD soundtracks really shows how Tull deteriorated to about 16 tracks from aqualung and stand up...oh well...maybe i just hit an odd streak or maybe certain albums or eras are featured at times but the othet day, every other song was for 'Montreaux'....huh? Of course, the other every others were gifts like jack-a-Lynne- or first post ect etc.

If you go into the official site and the radio page they give a FAQ on how to listen to the radio in various ways. Might find something there? Ps they are currently playing b***** We Five Kings again ..........not yet

Tull radio has truly organized my music-listening life....the days i have my daughter we listen to three or four of her favorite Tull songs first thing in the morning...when I am alone at home, Tull radio is always on...interrupted only by noisy distractions like the water for shaving and bathing or the daily vacuuming I didn't know i was getting into when I rented a place with hardwood floors....and the CD player in the car is for everything else...Non-Tull CDs grabbed at random or the 3 or 4 palatable radio stations on the dial.....my minimal daily Tull consumption has risen nicely and, as far as i acn tell. my mental health as well...at least, i think the aliens in the walls are leaving me alone these days...

Hell yes prescribing music can help...I've been doing it for years and years, literally hand writing lists of songs for my mentally ill clients and discussing them the following week. My main sources include Tull, Eels, Costello, Lou reed, neil Young, Tom Petty and many others that can help epople negotiate heartbreak, loss, PTSD, self-esteem issues, epression, anxiety and countless other ailments. My break up protocol used to be
Guns N Roses-anger Elvis Costello-bargaining Lou Reed- acceptance Tom Petty-restore thick skin Neil Young-Hope Prince-new lover

Absobloodylutley ;D
I'll never forget my son when he was about 7/8/years old going in to see my grandmother who was dying, he took his cassette in to play music to her and I hesitated thinking she might not want it as I had never known her to listen to music or that he might play something too loud. He had picked soothing music for her (he thought she was just sick) and she was smiling away loving every minute of it.
I couldn't put into words how important music is to me.

An excellent station indood. I often listen to it with my boyfriend Derrick whilst at the gym lifting weights. They have such a good selection for working out those muscles and later on Derrick and I find the station rather romantic. Smoochie woochie!!

I found the new Tull online station the other day on their website. Usually Live365 stations are polluted with ads and shameless self promotion, but I have been loving this uninterrupted never ending Tull programming. It's grea to hear a lot of the Tull recordings that I have never heard before, and it's also refreshing to hear any sort of station that doesn't just crank out the same old handful of Tull hits that are still played on the radio today. Truly a gem and a valuable gift to all of us Tull fans
