hi Col.I know it is late since you posted about Peggy's Birthday realization.I bought it last year at the Italian J.T convention.Peggy was there with us fans and we could appreciate his kindness, really a moving person. :)He accepted to sign my copy, too. :)The CD is very good, quality and intresting directory. And off course,Ian,Martin,Dave,Gerry, and Doane performance was great ,like always.(could it be different? No!)

I just stumbled across this and thought I'd mention it in for the benefit of all you completeists who maybe missed it too....... Dave Pegg's 60th birthday bash is out on a 2CD and of course features Ian & Martin guesting on Bouree and Loco Breath. It is not just Ian and Martin, but Doane Perry on drums and Clive Bunker on percussion.

I have been listening to this CD again during this week end. Really awesome. Peggy introduces the guests before the performance with funny stories to a very aware audience.I notice how the applause, the noise ecc increases when J.T arrives on stage and even more as Ian was introduced by Dave. I like this Bouree and Loco Breath versions the played. My favourites "Rising for the Moon" By Dan Ar Braz and "Moriscish Heading East" by Paul Saunders. Beautyful.

Sounds interesting this disc. Always liked what Peggy added to Tull, longest serving Bassplayer to date. Intrigued by the comments Ian used to make about Peggy being a heavy Drinker and his favourite pastime is turning Blue in front of paramedics, class stuff. Sounds like one of the lads i drink with.
