Ok Monkey if your heading in from the West I'll meet you halfway and we'll mount a search and rescue. By the way - where is Canada?

Demand, temper-tantrum, tt? Encouraging words, I'm sure. A, underrated Tull, I'm sure, eh. Laugh.
And the hard-headed miracle worker who bathes his hands in blood, will welcome you to the final nod - and cover you with mud. And he'll say, >>You really should make the deal,<< as he offers round the hat. >>You'd better lick two fingers clean - He'll thank you all for that.<<

It wasn't the same without you...we need our Canadian pillar of strength, knowledge and generally good taste and expert on all things Northern. Even though the surprise trumpeted on the official website was underwhelming and the current spate of Tull deterioration is distressing, we still need to hang tough, appreciate what we will get in the way of concerts and releases and continue to prostelyze Tull to the unwashed and uninformed.

Converting the unwashed and uninformed to Jethro Tull. Thanks, you are too kind. Kind of.

I personally have a love/hate relationship with listening/watching ELP. We saw them originally in concert, I think at the Royal Albert Hall, where they were brilliant and then saw them again a few months later at a smaller venue in Brighton where they were dire and obviously wanting to be somewhere else.
We always avoided them like the plague thereafter, as did many, but there is no denying their high place in the music stratum even if they can be overblown and sometimes pompous.

Very inconsistent band...some truly great music on trilogy, tarkus and BSS...a lot of useless crap scattered in and a cliff after BSS with the possible exception of 'Pirates' on works.
