ok apart from the marquee that you've hired from B&Q and stuck in your garden .....
Where would you like to see the band play?
(fantasies are allowed)
Outdoors (sunny day preferably) at Loch Lomond National Park
T in the Park 2012 or the year after not fussy

Our village hall would do for starters. As one of the keyholders I could lock the band in there and not let them out untill they agreed to playing the full version of 'A Passion Play' just for me.

In Phoenix AZ, summers on the way out. Gammage Auditorium @ ASU would be a great place, designed by FLW and probably the best acoustics in town. Then come on over for poker night w the buddies. Ill scare up some rare chilis wild from the southern part of the state.

Carlisle Cathedral would be a great venue for one of the Christmas charity gigs. Maddy Pryor is just a couple of miles up the road if she was available as a guest. She's into her Christmas music more than most.

Why stop at playing in a beer garden, let's go for the closing ceremony.

I'd have loved Tull to have played the Barrowlands back in the day..... ......it's a great venue.... ....I've not been to a lot of gigs there, but I've seen Paul Rodgers there and Jimmy Barnes too, both twice in fact....... I wonder why they never played there.......... I guess it's down to the venue's availability, but for a band constantly touring I'm sure they could have got the gig if they really tried.....

I've never been to the Barrowlands - concert or Ballroom It was a surreal experience for me to see Tull at the Pavilion - home of ancient Scottish comedians and Xmas pantos (not that I saw many of them either) and just across the road from the Apollo
