You wanna know what I think? I think it is very, very, very cool of Tull to hustle up accordians and that other instrument, along the way...gives the whole thing a nice, punky DIY vibe and gives fans an opportunity to meet the band in the context of useful participation in making a gig happen, not just gape- mouthed fandom...A unique and courageous solution for a band touring on the cheap...kudos to Ian for thinking of and manifesting this kind of arrangement and pooh, pooh, pooh, fooey in advance on anyone who just takes it as miserliness or penny-pinching...if everyone in the world thought up how to share and save...instead of throwing money at problems and duplicating everything ad infinitum....that would be a big step in the direction of planet saving and re-thinking hypercapitalism and a chicken in every pot, accordian in every luggage rack and the hell with what ends up in the trash thinking.....that's what I think.
