beautiful video - this is right up my street - I couldn't for the life of me sit down and perform a Tull song but I can see the images of the lyrics/melodies in picture form. Whitershadepale I would be interested in your opinion of the images on the Forum eg Cool Tull pics

Meester Bunker Fan,
The lines you sign off with from APP are my favorite of all Tull lyrics...If I was smart enough to integrate camera and computer and music..I would whip up a photo tour for APP.....big if !

nice collage of images, but i remember reading that IA wrote nursie as if through his dying fathers eyes as kind of empathy with his father.

Probably the very same nurse who made him tea and asked for his autograph (what a laugh)...

It annoys me that you haven't so far in the nicest possible way cause if your image posting is half as much fun as your writing then it would be phenon phenin funny Come on put the work to the side

Hey there steelmonkey, Thanks for commenting on my sign off lyrics, I agree they are excellent lines. i'm in the same boat as you, re- "A Passion Play" photo tour, it would be a massive task. I hope whitershadepale reads this

I always got the impression that he wasn't impressed with the nurse in Cheap Day Return as if she was more interested in the celebrity son rather than her patient? In Nursie she is a nursey angel btw is there anything more sad and poignant than the lyrics and feeling of Cheap Day Return.

Snaffler is spot on to call me out about this. <Chagrined> Oh, hell and sh_tpots. Not again. I pulled a big JT newbie here, by not researching the origins/meaning of "Nursie" before I charged off and harvested all these images and set them to music. I did the same damn thing with my Genesis - Stagnation video. Although I always caveat that my videos are just this one fan's mental images that run's through his head, inspired by the lyrics (and melody), I would of course always rather know the original interpretation to model. Hopefully I won't make this kind of blunder again.
