I'm starting to fear the worst...Ian is following in the footsteps of the least savory rock and roller ever...yes, i mean the pitiable, Axl Rose...who had his brief moments of talent and relevance and then became a joke for about 15 years while he fiddled with the 'next' GnR album, 'Chinese democracy'...oh well, two silver linings: Chinese Democracy was eventually released...but no one cared...and ian, as far as I know, has yet to slap anyone in an airport or any other public place..and despite the conservative haircut of the 'Walk into Light ' era...it wasn't as bad as White the Boy cornrows that Axl favors.....oh yeah...and ian is still speaking to his lead guitarist...wait, that's already 4 silver linings...optimism runs rampant.

Probably one of the finest posts ever on this forum. It goes with your God status Steel and in truth there should only be one of such status on this Forum. Yes who can forget the Walk Into Light "costume" - the intent was to present the wild bug eyed rock 'n' roller of the past as a media friendly, new age savvy, establishment loving person. Thank f**k it didn't work and we saw through the pretense promoted by Chrysalis and advertising and promotion "suits" who thought they knew best. Still at least we didn't get someone trying to get IA overtly political by joining one of the political outfits and running for parliament. And Axl Rose is an anagram of . . . oh forget it ;D
