I have created this Thread so that we can write something about what we are doing, and how we are doing... Feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself... We do that anyway, so maybe it dosen't make any sense...
Well, now your asking... I may get the second vaccination against the Corona virus this Wednesday, the 20 of January... but they may cancel it because of shortage of supply... I really hope that I get the shot... My nerves are in tatters... My girlfriend is having a depression, and that's damn depressing too... I haven't seen my beloved Copenhagen for a year... I miss pup crawling... Christiania... It's dark and cold in Denmark... Not surprising... My girlfriend just sold one of her paintings... 4900 kroner... That's good... I'm studying the bible by the way... Interesting, and there are a lot of good things in the bible... Well. that's kind of boring... Well... that my life... during the corona pandemic...
I've gotten both shots … no side effects. Now I want my kid to catch up but I guess healthy sixteen year olds are pretty far down the list. Our incoming president seems to be making the right noises about increasing production, distribution and vaccination...I'm trying to be hopeful. The land mines Trump left behind so he can crow that democrats do no better than republicans vs pandemic will cost 100,000 lives. He needs to be tried as a war criminal.
Things are extremely difficult .... Music gives me hope but the world is a mess in so many ways.
Those who believe in trying to end democracy have become the Domestic TERRORISTS we all should fear.
The Pandemic has become what most intelligent people predicted but vaccinations are in short supply.
Overall I feel very fortunate to live in a place with fewer people but no one is immune to this.
At this point life is full of uncertainty and I will pray for all of us to survive !!!
It's getting closer and closer... Last week we nearly had a case of Corona in the nursing home wheret I am working... one of the residents had got close to a friend that had it... but he was lucky... No corona... Today he is in isolation again... Another friend visited him, and he's got it as well... Damn!! In a few days we will know if he has it now... and he is only two days away from the second shot of the vaccine... Why can't people wait a little??? I had to go in to his apartment today... With full protection... If I don't catch it I am 9 days from being nearly full protected... Only 9 days... They say that I have to wait at least one week after the second shot before I am fully protected... I shouldn't complain... I have a good chance now... I wish everyone the best!! Jethro Tull forever!!
"You have a box that says Ian Anderson, and another box that says Jethro Tull, but inside both boxes it's the same old cornflakes" - Ian Anderson
jackinthegreen: Cream without Eric??? Santana without Carlos?? and not even with a stand-in player.....you're easily pleased, I reckon most people would not be happy to say the least...

May 3, 2022 20:18:27 GMT
jackinthegreen: and I've seen Ian doing his one man thing with just the backing track too, but that's not billed as a Jethro Tull concert.....
May 3, 2022 20:19:44 GMT

smint100: Good Lord, why did no one tell me about the radio.net! I've spent a joyful afternoon in the garden watching the strawberries ripen - I mean, editing a book - and listening to unadulterated Tull. Heaven!
