Hi everyone, just wanted to share a little song my brother came up with before a Meet & greet with our favourite prog rock god Ian Anderson in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. I found out I was selected for the M&G just few days before the concert and we had little time to think of a way to show him our love for his music. On the day, the organizers messed up and sent us to the wrong entrance and we missed Ian at the appointed hour but he was kind enough to give us a second chance for a photo and an autograph. I gave him a traditional Bulgarian woodwind instrument as a present and also this song on a USB drive. I'm not really sure he'll ever hear it but I hope he does. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yx5OZ8jET7Ulink

Incredible tune! Thank you very much Jethroid Welcome Seaborn Самуел МануелянHello Mr Anderson Last night my brother won a meeting with you before the show So we would like to let you know
That we really love the songs you did Since we found them when I was a kid
now I'm in the middle of something In the middle of something they don't teach us in school Bought this new little six string And I'm trying to make it sound like Jethro Tull
Well I hope I'm gonna make it someday but I want to write this song until Friday
That's how I'd say thank you For sowing the seed of this music in me
I'm not sure this is a good idea But please accept it as a funny souvenir
It looks like we're in the middle of nowhere But that was just an accident of birth
A souvenir and an invitation to come and visit our town by the Black Sea You can have a little vacation And probably like what you are going to see
So please Mr Anderson My father, me and his older son We Would like to meet and see The Minstrel of the gallery
In the city here by the Sparkling Sea Where you will hear The secret language of birds Here in Burgas You'll always be welcome as a dear guest .
I don't think your gonna check this on Sunday But I really hope you'll gonna hear it someday

I very much hope IA will get to hear your song and that you get a response from him. In the meantime, welcome to the JT Forum - there's lots to see at the Forum and I hope you have a great time looking over the various threads and posts we have here.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! I would post more if I had anything to post. Actually, there is just one thing we recorded some time ago but the video and sound quality is poor and the cover itself is a bit silly, though we enjoyed it!

The guitars sound great and the humour makes it fun! Shades of Baker Street Muse... ($h1t, $h1t, $h1t...take two.)

What could be better than drinking beer and playing Tull. Can I bring my drums over?

Riccardo Tesi Jam live in TV studios with a composition dedicated to one of his musical heroes, Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull: The song is titled "Marock"The Guy plays a pretty mean Squeezbox. Nice tune
