Nice find Jim. As the official JT forum Welsh reporter I will try and get to Ebbw Vale ( pronounced Eboo ) on 31st Jan. Great small theatre there called the Beaufort. I'll try my best. it is only 10 miles away!

The Jethro Tull Experience with Paul Forrest jethrotullexperience.com/ at the Oxford Saloon. Some cool hippy dancing going on at the front. Just a pity the guitar solo is a bit quiet. Apart from that, pretty good. Thanks to Everett Rock for uploading

A few years back, probably late 90s, I saw the Dayglo Pirates with Paul Forrest in a small venue in Kingston, Surrey. Met up with the band and had a longish chat with the bass player Steve Harrison which I wish I'd recorded. A great gig but it was a pity the venue was only half full. From memory they did the complete Aqualung and a few others from the early era. homepage.ntlworld.com/simon.taylor857/dayglo/

Bands like this need to move to Pittsburgh and hire me. Dammit. You're HIRED ! Of course Tribute bands have a very tough level of expectation by fans. In general it may be harder than just about any musical career because of the music itself.
When bands play songs the same as other bands and try to reproduce the emotion and style, the best way is to make it sound unique without losing the original design and meaning. This version has so much energy that the additional mixture of jazz, blues and rock works well. Well done by recording this LIVE and onstage with full dynamic ambiance and lots of fun! RESPECT !
