I believe congratulations are in order.
It's what....only two or three days into the big US tour and we now have an announcement promoting the video screen back drop!
Perhaps if Ian made this announcement a few days earlier, there wouldn't be plenty of orchestra seats remaining for their only NY show.

What are u talkin bout? Dont understand. What's not to understand? The tour started on the 3rd, the website promotion came up on the 5th. When I checked TM for tickets I was able to get 4 very decent orchestra seats just days before the show. I'm very happy for the true Tull fans that were in attendance. But Ian's inability to market his own product is inexcusable. Oh and yes, where I come from red type denotes sarcasm for those who are unaware.

Your right about there being a lot of great seats available. As a matter of fact a couple of months into the ticket sales I commented to some that there was a bucket load of great tickets left. Hell a couple of years ago Tull tickets sold out in a matter of weeks save the nose bleed section and this year sounds like the show to be at. ;D Mike

What a difference 20 year anniversaries can make.

I don't think a video screen is a reason a tour sells or not. Its not even a video screen, its a cheap ass projector and the "video" is limited to a couple of songs. Its mostly just rotating images or 1 image throughout the tunes. If Ian gave me $10 i could have put together a better presentation for him.

Now, they promote the "back-drop" and cannot even do that properly. Man how the mighty have fallen...
