I am guessing the August Tull date in Virginia is Martin. Would love to be wrong and see a US tour in the planning.

If you find yourself in the colonies, I'll acclimate you to how we write dates.

The Black Sunday reprise to end the show remains one of the most Tull moments ever.

I ditched work in Hamburg (Spar store) and took milk trains and hitchiked to Dortmund to see that one. Worth every minute, Black Sunday was the sound check and i snuck in for that as I was alone and able to operate at will. Up till then I was down with Germanic standards: real men don't miss work. But this was TULL.

Please hurry...wait for it my eastern hemisphere friends.......21-4-23. See? Honesty is NOT the best policy. Flexibility is the best policy...honestly.

Effin' MB, you would think the Mississippi River is the Berlin Wall ca. 1962 by his tour dates. Go West young man.

Anyone interested in current generation's CSNY should check out 'Boy Genius' Three accomplished, and each uniquely talented singer-songwiter women, who together, much like CSN and CSNY, make magic.

The sample song sounds like the best of Homo Erraticus more than softer Zealot Gene. No opinions on how to say the album's name?

He played stringed instruments on the 5 Zealot Gene songs he ended up doing alone, no?

Oh good, I saw all the news except the release date...so now I can count down to 4-21-23 with hope a few more songs sneak out early like before Zealot Gene.

Now I feel bad beacause in 1975-1976 when all my friends played 'Blow by Blow' about a million times a week on their eight track players in their cars, I wished he was dead. All is forgiven, Jeff...RIP

Amazon Prime, my in phone record store. does not have Orchestral Tull release for some stupid reason...they do have 'Classic Case'. I keep hoping they will fix this and one happy day i will look under Tull or ian Anderson and be able to add this to my library so the songs will pop up in my shuffle or i can decide to hear the whole thing....I live in hope...always I wait.

I bet Tull never opened for Rainbow but it is well known that Richie Blackmore is a first class Tull fan and covered Rainbow Blues

Happy New year and a year with new Tull and, for many of us, live Tull. I discovered Tull on 12-31-72, babysitting (I was 15 years old) the hip household had Abraxas (meh) Strange Days ( meh+) near the turntable and Thick as a Brick which only changed my life. Tull has been my favorite since two days later, when stores opened and i spent my earnings on Thick as a Brick. LITP followed a couple months later, then the whole catalog then APP and APP live that July. Holy Moly. I have been a Tull fan for 51 years.

USA date gives me hope for West Coast Dates. More than I can say for a certain band led by a 75 year old flautist.

I wanted, in backwards order of defeat, Mexico, Germany, Morocco and then France. Oh well, what does an American know about a sport that precludes use of opposable thumbs ?

I heard he was dosed, hated it, finished the show and did not play again in city limits of SF till 1987....luckily he played Oakland, Daly City and countless other venues near SF but not SF

I think I might need a Catqualung shirt, in fact. My own cat, of 16 years, tried to assassinate me last week. Gave me the claw and tooth for no good reason except maybe I touched a sensitive spot on the old guy followed by swollen hand, days of pain and slow healing. That's the thanks i get for 16 years of love, warmth and opening cans and cartons of cat food? I swear.
