Haha, I figured that is how things will turn out with the kid, she adores anything I adore but Im sure once she gets to school full time with packs of other little girls, it will be boy band city and I will be attending things like Maroon 5 shows. Trying to savor every moment I can of this!

The rock opera was...im scared to truthfully answer this....I was kind of let down. Always happy to see Ian and hear Tull songs but the big screen behind the band with the girl and the guy no one knew, singing really great Tull songs, kind of made my heart sink. Dont get me wrong, I was happy as hell to be there and it was a good show, just not as good as the last show I attended. I guess that is what happens with a rock opera though. Still....not complaining, very grateful to have been there and it did totally make my week! Still very happy about it! Listening to Tull right now as usual, starting the work week off right! have a great day all you Tull peeps!

I love comedy movies so I always go back to Spinal Tap. "in the topsy-turvy world of heavy rock, having a good solid piece of wood in your hand is often useful"

and just one other thing, so we got to the show, ran up 7 flights of steps about to die by the time we got to the top and all of the sudden I hear Heavy Horses playing...one of my favorites...so the usher tell us, sorry we cant let you in until there's a break in the action. Do they do this at all JT/Ian shows? I never had someone tell me that. Anyway, I gave the usher sad eyes and he snuck us in. There was no way on earth I was missing Ian sing HH

My week became awesome last saturday when I saw Ian in Philly, I've been on a high ever since! The last time I saw him was 4 years ago, I was pregnant and big as a house, this time was much more enjoyable!

Thank you ever so much! All these years I've been on this earth and this is the first I've registered for a Tull discussion board, silly me! Does anyone know if Mr. Anderson had met any of his fans after the Rock Opera show? I was really disappointed. My husband told me he was probably just tired and not in the mood to talk. There was only about 25 of us out there, I so wish he would have come out to say hello. Still, grateful I was there anyway! Grateful for being able to attend multiple shows!

Hello everyone, I saw the rock opera last weekend, was glad to just be in the same general vicinity as Mr. Anderson. His new song Fruits of Frankenfield rocked, I've listened to it several times already on the Youtube video, it's very catchy. It was a great show, was taken off guard at the people on the screen singing some of the great lines of his songs but I still love him. I figured he did that because his voice might not be all that it used to be. Either way, I enjoyed every minute of it. I waited to meet him outside of the venue, met all of his band mates but he never showed up. They told us he slipped on out the back door, I left in tears! I adore Ian and truly hope he will be back in the US in 2016. He always puts on a great show! Hello 1971roadrunner and a big welcome to the Forum Lucky you seeing the concert and SFTW is a great intro to Tull as well Hope you enjoy catching up with all that's in the Forum Cheers nonrabbit

I was born in 76 and have been a fan since I was about 5, I was a little scared of Ian, I saw him on MTV and being scared of him fascinated me. My love has grown ever since and now my 4 year old adores Tull as much as I do. Songs fron the Wood is an excellent album, I guess people werent that receptive toward it when it came out but on that album, each song is better than the next! The 4 year old runs around the house singing Jack in the Green....eh its just my opinion if it matters, but this album completely rocks! Dont they all!
