That is a particularly great solo by Martin on Aqualung. I love the emotion with which he plays, especially when his eyes close and his head rolls back just a little, you can almost feel how much feels the notes, if you know what I mean. I don't think there is a more expressive guitarist than Martin.

1. I was s*** scared seeing Tull after many many years. 2. I actually cried when I read the set-list - nostalgia etc 3. I have a myspace which dwells mainly on the Tull of early days. 4. I have chewed the fat for the last 9 months with Tull fans on various boards and heard some of the points raised here. If anyone was going to say 'What the flip's going on here??' on hearing Tull again, I thought it was bound to be me! But if I, personally speaking, had not come back to Tull (my mistake not the band's doing!) and not gone to see them live I would have missed out on a truly great experience - 40 years on. I don't expect Tull to sound/look the same as they did 40 years ago. Ian probably looked down at me and thought the same thing!! Utube doesn't do the sound any favours either. There is a place for tribute bands and I know that many people would choose to see them and many original bands endorse them as well but to miss out on hearing and seeing Anderson/Barre 40 years on would have been a great loss for any Tull fan. Roll on the 41st tour !! GOD BLESS YOU PATTI and all TRUE TULL FANS

In the words of a teenager... "Wow" We'll rename this thread the toddler years. Your words are too kind and very appreciative especially coming from a great fan like yourself. Something special in honor of the TULL Hame of Fame induction on May 28th, 2016... Virťa sobě TULL LINK Jethro Tull concert under the Castle Loket, what preceded it and how it all happened - Part I Seeing Jethro Tull and die - absurd, but mostly absolute drama - prologue. (Written, 24. 6. 2008)You know what the world began - that is what I remember - it was said, to see Naples and die. That would not be here now at least thirty-eight years, to Naples, I looked in seven years, while returning from a one-year stay in Portugal. When I was fifteen, thanks to my brother first met with recordings of Jethro Tull, I was blown away, and over time I ranked imaginary ladder of his musical idols in first place in foreign productions. Besides, it is enough witnesses who will confirm that Jethro Tull is proclaimed my band nambr van - read: number one! Already this time comes from a paraphrase of perex and felt that I wanted to live once live concert group. And for that, I did it, I must thank in advance all fall of a regime wife that she had not, and destiny, that I managed to be in the right time at the right place. And friends in Moravia, especially especially Jasmine, who secured tickets for my agitation, that there was a total lack of early, reminding some do not.
Thanks seznamáckému discussion forum Jethro Tull I met with Cuba inviting Tullman, on the way to enter the page => Tullman's Web. Orthodox young tullista a member of the fan club Jethro Tull .: see me after a year of internet writing provoked and drew on meetings fanclub and then it all went like clockwork actually. I met there with a lot of great people, starting Kartullixem, president of Jethro Tull fan club in the Czech Republic, as is his official title, otherwise it Karl. Another important figure for me is David, called Bilbo Veverka from band Jethro Tull cover band, and last but not least Peťa Štramberský, bandleader and founder of the group.
"Music Jull Dajen electroacoustic music based on traditional world folklore from Moravia, Brittany to Ireland and Scandinavia. Music Inspired by the legendary Jethro Tull as well as many other directions and writers is entirely copyright and original," as they write their official website. So ours because about a week after that first meeting in Smíchov I was approached, forced to revamp oboe and today I had become a member of this band.
