Back in the day it was always one of the focal points of a great Tull show. Why did Ian retire it? Now with his vocal limits it seems like it could be a great time for a return to the show adding a bit of welcomed nostalgia along with some added excitement for the fans.

Yeah, considering the increase...quite welcome, BTW, in instrumental numbers that allow Ian to give his voice a break, it seems odd that there is no flute workout, the kind that used to emerge during My God or New Day Yesterday. Really good question.

I've always loved the line "The dirty passages should be played with a heavy tongue and almost overblown. You should however, not let these techniques become a habit". Well not unless you wish to be a fantastic rock flute player
