Hello, I've been searching for a song with a distinctive flute part for many years now. I am certain it is from a Jethro Tull recording, however, I am not familiar with their music, and having listened through heaps of their back catalogue I've been unable to identify the song in question. A little backstory: during the making of The Prodigy's "Music for the Jilted Generation", Liam Howlett contacted Ian Anderson to ask him if he would be willing to record some flute for him, but the letter went missing. The album's flute parts were instead played by Phil Bent. I was aware that they were, ah, 'inspired' by a number of Jethro Tull songs, but assumed that a certain amount of musical paraphrasing had taken place. However, I recently found myself passing by someone's house, and I heard an extremely distinctive flute line that was almost note-for-note identical to the part featured in the song "3 Kilos". The flute line in question can be heard here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oJ5XhCHQ2k#t=2m29.6sIf anybody is able to identify the JT song from which this flute melody originates, I will send beer! Many many thanks in advance, Chris
