RIP
A message from Dee on FB
"Dear Sir George, I admired you since first I met you; your highly sensitive creative gift and the many aspects of your very generous soul and I will, forever, cherish your kind comments upon my own, modest achievements in the world I was privileged to share with you." RIP George.
Beautiful.

Can you imagine the quantity of coffee and lunch trays during the recording of an album by the Beatles, last half of their career, anyway, when an album took longer than a day or two to capture. To be in the studio working on all the lines and dealing with all the tracks and then the mixing and hearing Sgt. Peppers or Abbey Road start out and then start to gel into those magnificent tracks, with the atmosphere of creative invention going on. Definitely some fine Columbian brew and rates 5 full donuts for intrigue.

George Martin was a giant in terms of the Beatles journey, he should always be remembered when the Beatles are talked about. Truly the 5th Beatle.
