Don't think so unless hes keeping it very quiet. On another note is it compulsory for all recording studios to have the same patterned rug...through the decades? Is there a shop that supplies "hippy, Indian rugs for the smart studio?" www.rugfirm.com/persian-oriental-rugs-c-34

Does that poster imply that the whole of Martins band were once part of JT? You know the importance of the right name and group order

www.fromestandard.co.uk/Jethro-Tull-s-Martin-Barre-visits-Frome-s-Cheese/story-27730142-detail/story.htmlJethro Tull's Martin Barre visits Frome's Cheese and GrainBy Dan_Biggane | Posted: September 03, 2015Martin Barre, who visits Frome's Cheese and Grain on Sunday, September 20, is without doubt one of the great English rock musicians. Guitarist for Jethro Tull since 1969, he has appeared on every Jethro Tull album except their debut This Was (1968). He has also acted as a flautist both on-stage for Tull, and in his own solo work. Martin Barre along with Ian Anderson are the longest-standing members in Jethro Tull. For four decades, Barre's career focused on Jethro Tull but in the 1990s Barre began to perform as a solo artist, and has recorded five albums: A Summer Band (1992), A Trick of Memory (1994), The Meeting (1996) and Stage Left (2003) and Away With Words (2013). Martin has put together a band to play the "classic" music from the Tull catalogue. Tickets cost £16.

Martin has 2 great blues ladies on this tour! Alex Hart on Facebook... MB LinkAn exciting month ahead! The great thing about playing music is that it can take you anywhere. Recently I was asked to join Martin Barre and his band (former Jethrow Tull guitarist) for his new album 'Back to Steel' and to tour Germany and France in October. I've never done anything like this before and I'm super excited to have the female blues legend Becca Langsford - Blues Vocalist by my side! The two of us will also be opening some of the shows as a country duo which we have put together especially for the tour. We're also working on a little EP which we'll have for sale at the gigs! We've got a few southwest shows too! If you'd like to see the band here are the dates!

I was at the little Kinross gig last night. It was just the four piece band on this occasion, all that was required in such a little place, 120 seats. Crowd loved it, intimate little gig, I'm glad I went because I wasn't sure about going to be honest. Very tight band, very well rehearsed, I don't think they put a foot wrong all night, and played from 9pm until 11.30 pm, with a 20min break in between, so we got our money's worth for sure. It's strange in some ways that Martin is playing such small venues, but he seems happy............. For me, some things worked and some didn't, I don't get "Eleanor Rigby" for instance, and some of the Tull stuff has been given a tweak, which doesn't always work. Best songs on the night for me, To Cry You a Song, Teacher, and A New Day Yesterday. Nice one Martin and band.
