or dipping your toes into the unchartered musical whirlpool previously ignored (by me anyway) Junior is into mixing and DJing so I had a peek into his "record collection" Electronic Dance music doesn't grab me although in another life I might consider living in Ibiza and dancing the night away. Bands like Mumford and Son are popular and revitalising Folk. DJ's are a whole world away from Fluff and Rosko and one of the top guys in the DJ scene is Swedish DJ, mixer and producer Avicii. He's signed to Island records and is collaborating with a number of other acts across the musical spectrum. You can hear a tinge of Folk and Country in this song. Anyone else delved into the unknown - musically and found anything likeable or interesting?

I liked that, I'll have to investigate further. I doubt if anything I listen to could be considered unknown territory although I reckon my listening tastes are fairly off beat. THe latest stuff I've bought is Guy Manning (v.tull like), Ozric Tentacles, Red Jasper, Spock's Beard and Porcupine Tree.

Always loved film soundtracks, especially the main theme, and although it's not really unknown some are good to revisit after a few years.
