perhaps we could entice a BBC Documentary about the diversity of Tull Fans throughout the world. Can imagine how they'd make that look! i40.images obliterated by tinypic/8vyckw.jpg[/IMG] i44.images obliterated by tinypic/rvab8i.jpg[/IMG]

Tull Cave - UK style "House! You were lucky to live in a house! We used to live in one room, all twenty-six of us, no furniture, 'alf the floor was missing, and we were all 'uddled together in one corner for fear of falling." room, room you had a room!!

Snippets from the magazine interview;
"It is fair to say I see things panning out as Ian Anderson rather than Jethro Tull from now on. It doesn't mean there won't be some concerts in the future...so while the spirit and the body are willing, it's appropriate to tackle the bigger, more challenging jobs rather than go riding on my own sordid coat-tails. It'd be easy enough to play the odd tour ...it'd be quite enjoyable. But there's other stuff out there I rather like taking on"
My interpretation of that is he will never stop,he's on a creative roll and he'll "retire" by returning the band Jethro Tull, touring and playing their greatest hits.
It also asks the question - was he in creative doldrums for a while and is their anything in particular that's spurred this phase?

You were lucky. We lived for three months in a paper bag in a septic tank. We used to have to get up at six in the morning, clean the paper bag, eat a crust of stale bread, go to work down t' mill, fourteen hours a day, week-in week-out, for sixpence a week, and when we got home our Dad would thrash us to sleep wi' his belt.

That Tull Cave blows me away every time I see it, Jim. I only have a Tull Wall. Modest, but nice. I'll take some pics sometime. Great pose with the magazines! -- David

Got my notice in the mail today explaining 'Tull book on back order' no estimate...great...so that just leaves watching my daughter grow up and romantic moments with timeshare girlfriend to somehow ease the pain of waiting...pity me, please pity me. At least there are daily posts on this site to make life worthwhile !
