Ray's great list is well worth a musical sabbatical despite not fitting into the format of the thread. This is my suggestions off the top o' me head - it's too cruel to delete any 1) Moody Blues - "Question" 2) Beethoven - "Fifth Symphony" 3) Heart - "Crazy On You" 4) Cortez the Killer- Neil Young 5) Hard Day's Night- The Beatles 6) Journey To The Center Of The Mind - Amboy Dukes 7) Pirates - Emerson, Lake & Palmer 8) "Eulogy" - Tool 9) "Red Barchetta" - Rush 10) Superstition - Stevie Wonder 11) Birdland - Weather Report 12) King of The Fairies - Horslips 13) most songs from Argus - Wishbone Ash 14) The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys - Traffic 15) 16) 17) 18) 19) 20) and also not keeping strictly to the format an eg of the best - has there ever been a better use of that percussion "thingy" at 1.08
