The end song is great! Though I didn't see attribution to Jethro Tull in the credits. Thanks again! --Ron--

I'm not sure this is the right thread, surely someone can refresh my memory about this... Not something I seen before Remy - perhaps based on a tapestry or similar.

www.radionz.co.nz/concert/programmes/newhorizons/audio/2018681009/van-dyke-parks-sprinkles-magicVan Dyke Parks Sprinkles MagicFrom New Horizons, 5:00 pm today Sometimes, I indulge in the harmless amusement of constructing a personal dream band. A little like Playboy magazine used to do for its annual Jazz and Pop poll. A 1973 issue in front of me now has one such line-up caught in a Bill Utterback drawing with Mick Jagger and Carole King as top vocalists fronting a big band that has Miles Davis playing second trumpet to Doc Severinsen, Jethro Tull flautist Ian Anderson alongside New Orleans clarinetist Pete Fountain and Lionel Hampton on vibes just behind bass man Paul McCartney.

www.tracks.co.uk/product/b27604-jethro-tull-1973-autographed-passion-play-drawing-uk/ Jethro Tull 1973 Autographed Passion Play Drawing (UK) £395.00About this itemA large caricature drawing of Jethro Tull that has been each autographed by the group in black ballpoint pen, Ian Anderson, John Evan, Jeffrey Hammond, Martin Barre and Barriemore Barlow. Ian Anderson has added the inscription ‘Hello Frank’ above his name. The autographs come with a letter from Frank Brasenell, the fan that drew the picture that reads ‘In 1973 Jethro Tull brought out their new album Passion Play, which I bought, me being a Jethro Tull fan, but the music critics panned the album and Ian Anderson and the band said “we have had enough of the record media panning and running us down and so we are thinking of quitting”, so I thought I will have to show that we the bands fans still wanted them to carry on playing the music that we loved. I did two pencil sketches, one of Ian Anderson and some of the albums surrounding his face, the second one was cartoons of Ian Anderson, Martin Barre, John Evan, Jeffrey Hammond and Barriemore Barlow. The third one was a pen sketch of all of the band and a picturegraph of the album Passion Play, I sent all of the sketches off to Chrysalis Records and asked them if they could get all the members of Jethro Tull to autograph them and send them back to me, which they very kindly did, along with a few remarks as well’. The picture measures 59.5cm x 42cm (23.5 inches x 16.5 inches). There is a tape stain around the edge of the picture. The condition is very good.
