In fact, I was at all of the nine concerts listed, and even at the next one in Hamburg, Germany, on October 1. Good old "crazy" days. That's amazing I was at the Edinburgh gig, I loved the new stuff live, it was a great show The picture of Metallica projected when Ian sang " Nothing between the ears but that hard rock sound" I was at the City Hall gig in Newcastle and I've just dug out my cloth-eared ticket from that great night

That's amazing I was at the Edinburgh gig, I loved the new stuff live, it was a great show The picture of Metallica projected when Ian sang " Nothing between the ears but that hard rock sound" I was at the City Hall gig in Newcastle and I've just dug out my cloth-eared ticket from that great night I still have all the tickets, and some of the tickets have my full name printed on, then I do not want to publish. My ticket for the City Hall gig in Newcastle was: Stalls H 35. This was before the Internet existed. Thanks to "A New Day" magazine, I got information about concerts and phone numbers to ticket offices. Then I had to make phone calls from Norway to order tickets, and it did work. Well, at a few concerts I had bad seats, with a wall of speakers in front of me. I met a lot of nice Tull fans. Some of them I met at several concerts. Dedicated fans that I am sure paticipate here. I remember names, but I don't know who's who here. I know the identity of one person who participated here, but he is sadly not among us anymore. He gave me a cassette, containing the concert in Inverness, which I have on the shelf, as a memory. We are together on a photo, taken outside Newcastle City Hall, published elsewhere here. I had a great time, the band was great, the concerts were great, the fans were great. A BIG "THANK YOU" TO ALL WHO I MET ! I got the ticket to the concert in Hamburg Sporthalle, Germany, on my way back to Norway. Unnumbered seats. I got the seat I wanted on first row. Dave Pegg, the bass player, did shake his head when he saw me. Ian seemed glad to see me again. THANK YOU !! IT WAS A GREAT HOLIDAY.
