Does anyone know how Ian got on stage?I was on the front row and it is still a most spectacular scene in my memory.I did once ask Ian and he could not remember although he did recall Pans' People [and no wonder]he could not recall. For those who were not there it was worthy of the SAS and compere Stirling Moss rightly said how fabulous it was. Cheers to all of you, Allen Graham

Ok. I was at one of the Rainbow 'Warchild' shows, and from what I remember Martin Barre played a short intro solo (incorporating 'Somewhere over the Rainbow!'). JHH then joined him, then flash pots, and IA jumped onto the stage from the back of the stage, probably between the Drum riser and the Guitar cabinets. It was very spectacular. An amazing concert, which made the Pink Floyd concert that I went to the next night quite boring!! Hope that this helps. Cheers. Brillo.

Thanks for a sensible answer. I too saw a much anticipated Pink Floyd that weekend and thought they were dreadfully dissappointing especially after the spectacular Rainbow concert. I also had the great good fortune to see PFM that weekend too who were also very good.
